At Aman, we strive to deliver quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. This applies especially to perfumes, personal care products, and any sealed goods with broken seals.
Non-returnable items include opened or used products, items not in original condition or packaging, and any product returned after the 15-day period.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
